Hawk was a member of the legendary Bones Brigade, the skate team which rode under the Powell Peralta banner, and he performed in several of co-founder Steve Peralta's influential skate videos, including the iconic The Search for Animal Chin. Tony Hawk became a professional skateboarder when he was only 14 years old and during his early days he was sponsored by the skateboarding company Powell Peralta.
